Juice of the Week – Citrus and Greens

When cooking dinner or trying to come up with a new recipe, I sometimes get inspired by what’s sitting in my fridge. Well, this juice came into being in the same way! I took a look around, saw what I had, and went with it! It turned out to be a slightly sweet and healthy mix of citrus fruit and veggies – yum!

Juice of the Week - Citrus and Greens

  • 2 oranges
  • ½ grapefruit
  • 1 small green apple
  • 2 pieces of watermelon
  • ½ large cucumber
  • 2 large kale leaves
  • 1 small on the vine tomato
  1. Peel all citrus fruit and cut other produce to fit into the juicer.
  2. Juice all ingredients and enjoy!
Photo shows 1 pint of juice, but recipe yields 24oz.
